Cascade models based on dynamical complex networks are proposed as of the turbulent energy cascade. Taking a simple shell model initial regular lattice with only nearest neighbor interactions, small world network constructed by adding or replacing some existing local interactions nonlocal ones. The then evolved over time, both solving for velocity variable using an arbitrary generalization evolution and rewiring each time from original in intervals. This results more intermittent larger variations wavenumber spectrum. It also increase intermittency, computed exponents structure functions obtained these models. is observed that intermittency increases ratio random connections to nearest-neighbor increases. possibility extraction such direct numerical simulations discussed detailed example two dimensional turbulence given.
